Carbon neutrality program

We have launched a program aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. The current footprint will be measured, and the goal for carbon neutrality will be announced in 2024. The program will focus on the following four areas:

1. Logistics
   a. We aim to acquire environmentally friendly transportation solutions from our partners.
   b. To optimize logistics, we will reduce the number of kilometers traveled. For example, we prefer factories located nearby and reduce wasted space in our trucks.

2. Waste Material
   a. We actively participate in construction planning to reduce material waste and the amount of waste.

3. Machinery and Tools
   a. We will transition to electrically powered machines and tools.
   b. We will use biofuels.
   c. In sheet metal production, we will adopt clean energy in our work machines.

4. Within the Company
   a. We aim to avoid air travel and prefer trains as the primary mode of transportation. b. We will implement climate compensation programs.
   c. We require our subcontractors to have carbon neutrality programs.
   d. Emissions are considered in our work planning.
